Why Project 2023?

Over the next few years, the excitement and interest in football will grow as we approach the 2023 Women's World Cup - the largest female sporting event in the world.

This is a fantastic springboard on which to launch our own “Project 2023” which seeks to improve participation and enjoyment in football for all our Lindfield community.

The theme for our Project 2023 borrows from the joint bid #AsOne

If you have not seen the AUS/NZ bid - Watch it here

We have 3 main objectives

  1. ONE CLUB - Improving our facilities for all Members

  2. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY - Celebrating and growing the Female Game

  3. ONE COMMUNITY - Supporting our social teams and the broader community

We have identified four foundation initiatives that will help deliver on our 2023 vision. EXCITED? Scroll down for more details.
